Tickets:
There are no refunds issued for any tickets purchased via Pay Pal, Credit Card, or Cash. All Sales are final. Customers may resell their tickets for no more than the face value of their purchase to another customer. Online sales may be transferred into another customer’s name as long as prior written request was made and approved, or both parties are in person with valid ID.
Merchandise:
Damaged merchandise may be exchanged for a credit or equivalent product.
